PRODUCTION

Grapes are carefully harvested and then put in stainless steel grinders. Grape skins are crushed and de-stemmed. Crushed grapes are deposited in stainless steel tanks to start controlled fermentation at 24° to 28°C with selected yeasts. Then, pump-over and delestage processes are carried out and malolactic fermentation is produced. Finally, wine is aged in oak staves and stored in bottles for 12 months.

A redcurrant red wine with ruby hues. It has strong uniform tears and a defined aroma, as well as highlights of black pepper and redcurrants, and earthy tones with a taste of vanilla. It is pleasant on the palate with persistent tannins. Spicy, ripe red fruits and a toasted taste.
