TASTING NOTE
With aromas of red pepper, spices, and ripe fruits like cassis and blackberries. Its concentration and complexity increases with aging. A good body and intense on the palate.

PRODUCTION
Grapes harvested carefully, fermented in stainless steel tanks at 15ºC. After the fermentation, the wine is filtered, subjected to a malolactic fermentation and then in contact for 3 to 6 months with oak staves.

TASTING NOTE
Bright, pale golden color, with greenish tones. Aromas of apple, pineapple, peach, banana. Elegant and round mouth. Memories of white fruit. Persistent end.

PRODUCTION
Grapes are carefully harvested and then put in stainless steel grinders. Grape skins are crushed and de-stemmed. Crushed grapes are deposited in stainless steel tanks to start controlled fermentation at 24° to 28°C with selected yeasts. Then, pump-over and delestage processes are carried out and malolactic fermentation is produced. Finally, wine is aged in oak staves and stored in bottles for 12 months.

TASTING NOTE
An intense claret wine with ruby tones. It has expressive and generous aromas, especially of redcurrant, black pepper and tobacco with a vanilla and clove finish. A good body and intense on the palate. A spicy taste with sweet tannins on the finish. Storage: 5 years.

TASTING NOTE
This is a cherry red wine with violet tones, and a slow and delicate tear. It has an intense taste and aromas of ripe plums, raspberries and cherries, as well as mineral notes with considerable vanilla and cocoa powder. It is delicate on the palate with a sweet entry and good acidity. The plums and cherries are harmoniously combined with vanilla notes and its nice tannins.
